Terms of Sales
Article 1 - Purpose
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made on the website atelierzazen.fr
The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing his order. Validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
The company Atelier zazen reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered are those which appear on the website atelierzazen.fr .
The company reserves the right to modify the assortment of products on sale at any time. The buyer's attention is drawn to the fact that the creations manufactured by Atelier zazen are all handmade.
Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the seller in any way.
The sale of the products presented is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.
Article 3 - Sale price
The sale price of the creations is expressed in euros and indicated including all taxes.
The currency can be changed, allowing the sale price to be converted into the currency in which the buyer wishes to place the order.
Depending on the buyer's location, possible customs charges may apply to their order, which will be the buyer's responsibility.
Article 4 - Order
The customer validates his order by clicking on the "Order" button at the end of the order registration and after having accepted these general conditions of sale. Before this validation, he is presented with a summary of his order. L'Atelier zazen confirms the order by email; this email includes in particular the elements of the order.
The data recorded by Atelier zazen constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. It is archived by the company under the legal conditions and deadlines. The customer can access this archiving by sending an email to the following address: atelier.zazen@gmail.com
Article 5 - Payment terms
Payment for orders is made when the order is validated, using a secure payment service.
The buyer can make payment by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX bank card.
Article 6 - Delivery terms
Delivery costs and times are indicated in the " Deliveries & Returns " section of the site. They depend on the content of the order, the carrier chosen by the buyer and the geographical area in which the order was placed. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering, all taxes included (TTC).
Shipping is done as soon as possible, once payment has been received. In any case, delivery must occur within 30 days after the online order. The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.
Article 7 - Withdrawal
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code , the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Custom orders are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Article 8 - Warranty
The seller is liable for the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, if he had known of them.
In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address within 30 days after delivery: atelier.zazen@gmail.com
Article 9 - Dispute
Any request for litigation relating to these general conditions of sale must be made on the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
