Please note: a product manufacturing time is added in addition to the transport time.

The manufacturing time is 10 days but may vary slightly depending on the number of products or the period in which the order is placed.

In the event of a delay, the customer may request the cancellation of the order he/she has placed and request a refund (which will then be made within 14 days).

Returns

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Returns apply only to in-stock products, not made-to-order creations.
