The little hands behind the Zazen Workshop
The Zazen Workshop was born from a desire: to contribute to the well-being of people who, like me, need to find a bubble of serenity in which to recharge their batteries and feel at peace with their body and mind.
Following a difficult personal event, I found comfort in gentle practices such as relaxation or yoga.
This ordeal highlighted my hypersensitivity and the need to learn to know this part of my personality better. Today, it is a compass that helps me move towards what makes me vibrate and to create craft objects that resemble me and that make sense with my personal values.
Carefully chosen colours and materials
I prioritize comfort and choose colors and materials that match my vision of serenity , pleasant to touch and look at.
The designs are often inspired by nature, where I like to spend time to recharge my batteries.
Promoting artisanal know-how
Each creation is made to be as durable as possible, thanks to specific finishes (resistant materials and seams, easy maintenance, etc.).
They are part of an eco-responsible approach , from the manufactured object to the reusable fabric packaging.
Treating yourself to a handmade creation helps to promote artisanal know-how and thus support an activity that is becoming an alternative to an increasingly polluting textile industry.
